Who we are...
Our journey started in 2010 when the founder became a project manager. After attending several trainings and becoming PMP certified, project delivery was below 80%. Worse still organisations were finding it difficult to source professionals who could train their PMOs to achieve the right maturity level. What was missing? - The hands-on practical knowledge combined with experience across different industries.
We searched for a project management solution that offerred an all-in-one and bespoke, practical, hands-on and real world innovative project management services for individuals and organisations from coaching to training to consulting and outsourcing and we couldn't find anyone!
